It's almost time once again for Field Day. Each child will recieve a t-shirt in their team's color for free. Please fill out the form below to order your child's shirt. If no order is received for your child we will order one for them in an appropriate size.
There is only 1 t-shirt per child and please keep in mind that we do not choose what team your child is on, so we cannot order specific colors.
This order form is only for the children's t-shirts. An order form for the parents if they wish to order a shirt will be sent out at a later date.
